 	Remove/install
1	Remove instrument panel		AR68.10-P-1000RT
			*BA91.60-P-1007-01K
			*BA46.10-P-1001-03O
2	Remove sound deadening mat from AC housing
3	Separate electrical connector (1)
4	Unscrew bolt (2)
5	Remove diverter flap actuator motor (M16/27)
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Normalize actuator motor	STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
8	Read out fault memory and erase	 Stored faults which may be caused by removal, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
