 	Remove/install
1	Remove soft top canvas		AR77.31-P-1001EC
2	Loosen left and right fabric tab (2) on insulation (1) from soft top lock assembly panel (4) and remove	 Carefully remove insulation (1). Insulation (1) can tear.
		 Installation: Replace adhesive tapes (3).

		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
3	Detach inner headliner (6) at front from soft top lock assembly panel (4)		AR68.30-P-1770QA
4	Remove shackle on insulation (1) from soft top lock assembly panel (4)
5	Remove rivet (8) and remove rivet residues	 Drive sharp punch into rivet (8) and break out rivet (8) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.
		 Observe installation position of tensioning strap (9), tensioning strap (19) and bracket (17).
		Blind rivet mounting for cable, 3.29.5 K9.5	*BR00.45-Z-1006-13A
6	Fold insulation (1) upward toward rear
7	Knock rivet (15) off of on outside of soft top frame (10) and remove rivet residues	 Drive sharp punch into rivet (15) and break out rivet (15) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.
		 MODEL 207.4## ## as of 203816 Observe installation position of tensioning strap (16).
		 MODEL 207.4## ## up to 203815 Observe installation position of tensioning cables (13), loop (14) and tensioning bracket(16).

9.2	Knock rivet (26) off of roof bow (21) and remove rivet residues	MODEL 207.4## ## as of 205476
	Tension cables on soft top insulation modified		BT77.31-P-1003-01EC
		 Installation: Ensure that tensioning strap (19), tensioning cable (25) and loop (20) are seated correctly.
		 Drive sharp punch into rivet (26) and break out rivet (26) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.

10	Knock rivet (29) off of soft top frame and remove rivet residues	MODEL 207.4## ## as of 205476
		 Installation: Install eyelet (30) at a contact angle (A) of approx. 250. Otherwise the eyelet (30) can be damaged.
		 Drive sharp punch into rivet (29) and break out rivet (29) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.
		 Installation: Ensure that tensioning cable (25) and eyelet (30) are seated correctly.

11	Knock rivet (28) off of soft top frame and remove rivet residues	MODEL 207.4## ## as of 205476
		 Drive sharp punch into rivet (28) and break out rivet (28) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.
		 Installation: Ensure that tensioning cable (25) and eyelet (27) are seated correctly.

12	Knock rivet (23) off of roof bow (24) and remove rivet residues	 Drive sharp punch into rivet (23) and break out rivet (23) with circular motion. Remove remaining pieces of rivet with appropriate punch.
		 Installation: Ensure that fabric tab (22) is positioned correctly.

13	Fold tensioning strap (19) toward rear
14	Press fabric tab (22) to side until insulation (1) can be pulled out of roof bow (24)
15	Pull insulation (1) uniformly out of roof bow (18, 21, 24)	 Helper required.
16	Install in the reverse order
