Remove rear headliner

Remove center headliner

Remove sun visors (1, 4)

Remove front curtain rails (2, 3)

 The curtains remain on the front curtain rails (2, 3).

Remove paneling from left and right A-pillar

Detach door seal on covers (5, 8) and remove covers (5, 8)

Disconnect electrical connectors (19, 20, 21) on roof wiring harness in footwell on passenger side

 The number of electrical connectors depends on the vehicle equipment.

Remove roof wiring harness on A-pillar on passenger side

Disconnect electrical connectors of roof wiring harness at connected components on cab roof on passenger side

If present.

 The number of electrical connectors depends on the vehicle equipment.

Disconnect electrical connector (18) from front mirror heater

Remove roof wiring harness on cab roof on passenger side

If present.

Disconnect electrical connectors (14, 15) of roof wiring harness in the footwell on driver side

 The number of electrical connectors depends on the vehicle equipment.

Remove roof wiring harness on A-pillar on driver side

Disconnect electrical connectors (11, 12) on roof wiring harness at connected components on cab roof on driver side

If present.

 The number of connectors depends on the equipment.

Remove roof wiring harness on cab roof on driver side

If present.

Guide roof electrical wiring harness on right and left between A-pillar and instrument panel from bottom upward

Unscrew bolts (6) from front headliner (7)

 Bolt, front headliner over windshield to cab

Remove front roof lining (7)

Disconnect connector (16) from left front clearance lamp (17) and connector (9) from right front clearance lamp (10)

Remove front roof lining (7)

 The electrical equipment and roof wiring harness remain on the front roof lining (7).

Install in the reverse order
