Risk of injury to anyone getting caught and bruised by tilting cab

Do not enter the tilting radius of the cab when tilting forwards and back, and screen off danger area to prevent unauthorized access. Always tilt the cab to the end position.

Remove cable duct (10) from longitudinal frame member (19).



Remove oil filler tube (14) from cable duct (10).



Slide cable duct (10) toward rear.

 Remove lines in front area of cable duct (10) downward.

Remove bolt (9) from upper cab tilt cylinder mount

 The cab tilt cylinder (1) should be free of tension

If bolt (9) cannot be pressed out:



Unhook tilt mechanism on cab and knock out bolt (9).

Retract cab tilt cylinder (1)

 Installation: Open filler screw on manual pump and completely extend/retract cab tilt cylinder (1). The air in the hydraulic system is bled by pumping back and forth.

Detach hydraulic lines (4, 5) from cab tilt cylinder (1).

Mark hydraulic lines (4, 5)

Remove cab tilt cylinder (1)

Remove safety clamp (3) and washer (2) from journal (6). Press bundle of lines to side.

Install in the reverse order

Check oil level in hydraulic tilting pump
