1

Remove wheel

AR40.10-P-1100FF

2

Set wheel upright with tire valve facing downwards for 10 minutes

3

Unscrew the valve element from the valve to allow the pressure to escape from the wheel

4

Pull tire valve out of disk wheel

To avoid any paint damage to the disk wheel,
use a rag to cover up the disk wheel on the mounting location.

Push remaining part of tire valve back into wheel.

5

Attach drain hose (2) to a genuine tire sealant container (1) and insert drain hose (2) through tire valve bore

Only if an empty, genuine tire sealant container (1) is available.

The drain hose (2) should be 400 mm long. To allow the tire sealant (3) to drain out, the wheel should be positioned 150 mm higher (a). This method can be used to suction off 90% of the tire sealant (3).

6

Slowly press together and then release the tire sealant container (1) to suction off the tire repair kit (3) from the wheel

Only if an empty, genuine tire sealant container (1) is available.

7

Bore through tread using twist drill bit (Ø 10 mm) and drain tire sealant (3) into a suitable container

Only if an empty, genuine tire sealant container (1) is not available.

8

Replace tires

AR40.10-P-1030FF
