1 | Remove the differential assembly | ||
2 | Remove the screw (11) and the cover (9) | ||
3 | Remove the shift piston (6) | Insert one of the screws (10) into the shift piston (6) and remove it along with the adjustment disk (5). | |
4 | Remove the cylindrical bushing (4) | In case the cylindrical bushing (4) is made of plastic: | |

Replace the cylindrical bushing (4) with a metal bushing. | |||
If the cylindrical bushing (4) is damaged: | |||

Replace the cylindrical bushing (4). | |||
5 | Remove the coupling sleeve (1) from the shift fork (3) | ||
6 | Remove the drive fork (3) and the compression spring (2) from the axle carcass | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Install the cylindrical bushing (4) | In case the cylindrical bushing (4) has been removed | |
Install by pressing the cylindrical bushing (4) with synthetic lubricating grease. | |||
Synthetic grease 50 g | |||
8 | Install the drive fork (3) and the compression spring (2) into the differential assembly | To install the drive fork (3) press the compression spring (2) to the inner side using the assembly pin. | |
9 | Install the new O-Ring (7) on the control piston (6) | ||
10 | Install the shift piston (6) with the adjustment disk (5) | Apply synthetic lubricating grease to the face of the control piston sealing (6). | |
Synthetic grease 50 g | |||
11 | Install the cap (9) with a new seal (8) | Install the new seal (8) with the collar facing the cap (9). | |

12 | Check the end play of the coupling sleeve (1) | In case the coupling sleeve (1) has excess play: | |
