	Disassemble
1	Remove the case with the pinion		AR35.30-B-0469A
2	Remove the flange (2) and the deflector (3)		*717589003100

3	With pressure, remove from the housing (10), the pinion (16)
4	Remove from the pinion (16), the compensating washer (11) and the bushing (12)
5.1	Remove the seal carrier (6) and remove the seals (4) and (5)
5.2	Remove the combined radial seal (7).	 In axles that utilize the combined radial seal, the seal carrier (6) and the seals (4) and (5) are omitted.
6	Remove the taper roller bearing (8) from the pinion housing (10)
7	Remove the taper roller bearing (15) from the pinion (16)		*001589393300
		 For SKF 32313 bearing with 233 mm ring gear.	*001589353300
		 For FAG 32313 bearing with 233 mm ring gear.	*001589343300
		 For SKF 32314 bearing	*001589273300

8	Remove from the pinion housing (10), the outer race of the bearing (9)	 With 233 mm ring gear.	*387589041500
9	Remove the oil collector (13) with an appropriate drift
10	Remove from the pinion case (10), the outer race of the bearing (14)		*000589163300
	Assembling
11	Install the outer race of the bearing (9) in the pinion case (10)	 233 mm ring gear.	*343589051500

12	With a suitable drift, install the oil collector (13) in the pinion case (10)
13	Install the inner race of the bearing (14) on the pinion (10)	 233 mm ring gear.	*363589001500

14	Determine the thickness of the pinion washers (11).		AR35.30-B-0470-03A

15	Install the tapered roller bearing (15) on the pinion (16) with an appropriate bushing	 Heat-up the bearing to approximately 80ºC. The heating is not to be carried out with a direct flame.
16	Install the bushing (12) on the pinion (16)
17	Place the pinion housing (10) over the pinion (16)	 Support the pinion vertically for installation and lubricate the bearing.	*BR00.45-B-1016-06A
18	Install the compensating washers (11) on the pinion (16)
19	Install the taper roller bearing (8) on the pinion (16) with an appropriate bushing	 Heat-up the bearing to approximately 80ºC. The heating is not to be carried out with a direct flame.
