6 | Detach ring gear (10) | Unscrew bolts (14) and hammer ring gear (10) loose with a plastic mallet. | |
7 | Remove differential housing upper part (11) | Unscrew bolts (13), loosen support and remove differential housing upper part (11) | |
8 | Remove differential side gear (8) with pressure plate (9) | ||
9 | Remove differential spider (7) with differential pinions (6) and spherical washers (5) | ||
10 | Remove differential side gear (4) and pressure plate (3) | ||
11 | Clean all parts and check for wear. | The ring gear (10) and drive pinion must be replaced in pairs. Both parts have the same number on the front. | |

12 | Insert differential housing lower part (2) in the support | Fixture | |
13 | Insert pressure plate (3) with differential side gear (4) | The lubrication groove of the pressure plate (3) must point towards the differential side gear (4). | |

14 | Insert differential spider (7) with differential pinions (6) and spherical washers (5) | Oil the slide surfaces before assembling. | |

17 | Mount differential housing upper part (11) and screw in bolts (13) | Note the positions of the reference marks on the half case sections. Place the housing halves on top of each other so that the markings align. Only assemble housing halves with the same identification number. | |

18 | Turn over differential housing, heat up ring gear 10) to approx. 90 °C, mount and screw in bolts (13) | Before mounting, thoroughly clean and dry the contact surface of the ring gear (10). The ring gear (10) and drive pinion can only be replaced in pairs. Both parts have the same number on the front. | |

20 | Tighten bolts (13, 14) | Secure bolts (13, 14) by caulking the collar. | |
