Drain the gearbox oil

 Catch the gearbox oil in an appropriate container.

Installing: Control the oil level in the gearbox



Remove with pressure the radial seal (5) with an appropriate tool

 Take care in order not to damage the gearbox.

Installing: Complete with long duration grease the space existing between the protection and sealing lips.

Install the new seal with a mandrel until flush with the housing.

Remove the pulse induction spider (4) and the separating bushing (3)

 In the case of gearbox 711.620/ 622, remove only the pulse induction spider (4).

Installing: According to the gearbox version, pay attention to the correct position of the pulse induction spider.

Remove the power output flange from the PTO (21)

Only with code N07 (power take-off).

Remove the bearing cover (17) from the power take-off and the paper gasket (16)

Only with CODE (N05) and (N07) power take-off.



Installing: Replace the gasket (16).

In the case of replacing the PTO's output shaft, the bearings and the cover: It is necessary to adjust the axial clearance of the PTO's output shaft.

Remove the PTO's power output shaft (14) together with the separator ring (15)

Only with code N07 (power take-off).

Installing: Lubricate the taper roller bearing of the power output shaft, with long duration grease.

Remove the shifting cylinder from the PTO (25)

Only with code N07 (power take-off).

Installing: Replace the paper gasket (26) and the micro-encapsulated bolts (24). Chase the tapped holes in the gearbox.

Remove the control shift (9)

Installing: Replace the micro-encapsulated bolts (10). Chase the tapped holes in the gearbox.

Remove the bushing (30) and the washer (29) of the PTO's coupling lock

Only with CODE (N05) and (N07) power take-off.

Remove the spring (31)

Only with CODE (N05) and (N07) power take-off.

Installing: The curved end of the spring tip will have to be supported on the locking latch and the other straight end will have to be supported on the gearbox wall.

Remove the locking latch (28)

Only with CODE (N05) and (N07) power take-off.

Remove the bolts (12) fastening the return shaft



Equip the device for pressure mounting with the appropriate reception according to the gearbox

 In the gearbox 711.605, mount the small reception.

 In the gearbox 711.62, mount the large reception.

Place the gearbox on the device to fit under pressure

Loosen the bolts (11) of the gearbox flange and remover the inertia weight (13)



Separate the front housing (1) from the rear housing (2)

 Separate the two gearbox halves with light blows with a plastic hammer.

 Do not utilize screwdriver between the two gearbox halves

Installing: Observe the adjusting pins. Clean the sealing surface of the two housings and apply sealing compound.

Remove the main shaft and countershaft and adjust the axial clearance of the countershaft

Only in the case of having replaced the countershaft, the countershaft bearings or one of the gearbox housings.

Installing: Version 711.605: First place the countershaft's roller bearing (check the assembly position).
