	Assembling
1	Install the radial seal (12) in the main shaft end		AR26.40-B-3840B
2	Fasten the assembly device in the rear part of the gearbox case (10) and place it in the vertical		AR26.10-B-0005-01A

3	Install the taper roller bearing outside race in the rear part of the gearbox case (10)	Only when replacing the taper roller bearings. Use a suitable drift.

4	Install the main shaft (9)		*712589003100
5	Place the reverse gear wheel (17) with the needle bearing (16) in the rear part of the gearbox case and displace in the direction of the arrow
6	Install the countershaft (19).	Lift the main shaft (9) until enabling installation of countershaft.
7	Install the reverse gear wheel shaft (18)		*BA26.40-B-1010-01K
8	Install the fork of the 5th and 6th gear (8) with the sliders (7)	Observe the correct mounting position of the sliders (7). The deformation must indicate to the fork bearing.
9	Install the lock bolts (11)	Only prop the lock screws (11).
10	Position the input shaft (6) on the main shaft (9).
11	Install the taper roller bearing outside race in the front part of the gearbox case (1)	Do not install the compensating washers. Use a suitable drift.

12	Install the front part of the gearbox (1) case without applying sealing compound on the rear part of the gearbox case (10)
13	Install the pin for the bearing (3, 21) of the 5th and 6th gear fork (8)
14	Determine the compensation washer for the countershaft (19)		AR26.50-B-4775-01D

17	Remove the front part the gearbox case (1)

19	Install the outside race of the taper roller bearing with the compensation washers determined in the front part of the gearbox case (1)	Use a suitable drift.
