 	Remove/install
1	Turn off ignition
2	Open the inspection cover on the engine hood	 The inspection cover can carry according to the body version.
 Warning	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
3	Drain the coolant

		 Drain the coolant by loosening the clamp of the coolant hose on the automatic transmission oil cooler
4	Slacken the clamps (4) at the ends of the cooling piping
5	Loosen the bolts (3) at the end of the of the cooling piping (1, 5)
6	Remove the bracket (2)	 Remove the bracket (2) only if it is necessary to remove the compressor, otherwise, continue from the work step 9.
7	Disconnect the electric connection (8) of the constant throttle solenoid valve (9)
8	Loosen the fastening bolt (3) of the fuel pipings (10)	 It is not necessary to remove the fuel pipings (10).
9	Loosen the hose (6) and remove up the cooling pipings (1,5)	 Identify the coolant pipe assembly position (1).
		 Installation: Observe the assembly position identification.
10	Install in reverse order
	Check
11	Check the leak tightness of coolant pipe assemblies (1,5)	 Visual inspection.
