 	Remove/install
1	Open rear engine compartment flap
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
2	Drain and collect coolant

3	Remove V-belt	 Remove V-belt only to crankshaft.	AR13.21-A-0100A
4	Remove poly-V-belt		AR13.22-A-1202A
5	Remove alternator		AR15.40-A-5032A
6	Remove alternator support		AR15.40-A-6232A
7	Remove oil filler pipe		AR18.00-A-0050A
8	Remove coolant thermostat		AR20.10-A-2460A
9	Unscrew coolant inlet fitting (2)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket (3).

10	Detach coolant hose (6) from coolant connection (10)	 Slacken clamp (7).
11	Take off coolant connection (10) together with bracket (9)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket (11).
12	Remove belt pulley (13)	 Installation: Installation position must be observed.

13	Remove coolant pump (15)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket (16).

14	Install in the reverse order
