Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Draining/pouring for vehicles with drain valve (2)

Unscrew cap (1).

Raise vehicle.

Remove front bumper.

 Access to the drain fitting of the jiggle valve (2) is allowed in this way.

Attach drain hose on drainage fitting of drain valve (2).

Open drain screw on drain valve (2) and collect coolant in a suitable container.

 When disposing of coolant observe legal regulations and local waste water regulations.

Detach drain hose from drainage fitting of drain valve (2).

Close drain screw on drain valve (2).

Pour in coolant and bleed engine cooling system.

Raise vehicle.

Remove coolant hose (3) from cooler and collect coolant in a suitable container.

 When disposing of coolant observe legal regulations and local waste water regulations.

Attach coolant hose (3) to cooler.

Pour in coolant and bleed engine cooling system.
