Inspect the cooler, the heating cooler, the coolant pump, the cooling and heating hoses, the coolant lines and their splicing points, hose clamps, cylinder head gaskets, engine block seals, or screws of the engine block seal. If necessary, remove any leaks from the cooling system. | |||
Only in case of pressure drop and visible loss of coolant: | |||
Check the cylinder head and the cylinder liner for cracks. | |||
