Switch off ignition

Disconnect electrical connector (4) at SCR air pressure limiter solenoid valve (Y106)

After turning off engine, individual lines are scavenged with compressed air for about 3 minutes. For this reason, do not start any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system before this time has passed.

Remove compressed air reservoir line at connection (1)

First loosen union nuts (5) by two revolutions to relieve pressure and then remove.

Remove compressed air operating line at connection (2)

First loosen union nuts (3) by two revolutions to relieve pressure and then remove.

Remove SCR air pressure limiter solenoid valve (Y106)

Install in the reverse order

Pressurize the compressed-air system up to cutoff pressure
