Remove/install charge air manifold

1 Exhaust manifold

2 Turbocharger

3 After-cooler air tube

4 Mixer set

5 Intake manifold

6 Hollow screw

7 Bolt

8 Joint

9 Throttle valve set

	Remove and install
1	Remove the mixer set (4).		AR07.20-B-1081A
2	Remove the throttle valve set (9).		AR07.05-B-7004A
3	Remove the hollow bolt (6) from the intake manifold (5) and unfasten the connection with the tubes.	Install: Check the tightness.

4	Remove the compressed air tubes from the turbocharger to the after-cooler (3).	Install: Check the clamps, the hoses and the sealing ring and, if necessary, replace them.	AR09.41-B-1311F
5	Remove the exhaust manifold (1) together with the turbocharger (2).		AR09.40-B-6020C
6	Unscrew the fastening bolts (7) and remove the intake manifold (5) together with the sealing joints (8).	Install: Put new sealing joints (8).

7	Install in reverse order.
8	Actuate the engine and check its tightness.
