| Remove and install | ||
1 | Unfasten the clamp (16) and disconnect the hose (17). | ||
2 | Remove the bolts (1) and disconnect the lubrication tubes from the turbocharger. | ||
3 | Unfasten the clamp (8) and disconnect the turbocharger lubrication return hose (3). | ||
4 | Disconnect the relief valve (7) hose (4) from the turbocharger (3). | ||
5 | Remove the charge air tube (2). | ||
6 | Disconnect the lambda probe (9). Remove the bolts (10) that fasten the curved tube to the exhaust pipe. | | |
Install: During the assemblage, install a new sealing joint and put a grease resistant to high temperatures. | |||
7 | Remove the nuts (5). | Install: During the assemblage, install a new sealing joint and put a grease resistant to high temperatures. | |
8 | Remove the curved tube (6). | ||
9 | Remove the bolts (14) and the washers (13) that fasten the exhaust manifold. | | |
10 | Remove the exhaust manifold (12). | Install: During the assemblage, install new sealing joints (11). | |
11 | Unfasten the nuts (15) and remove the turbocharger (3). | Install: During the assemblage, put a grease resistant to high temperatures. | |
12 | Install in reverse order. |
