T09.40-0011-01
1 Slacken hose strap (1) at the connections of the charge air pipe (2) and detach charge air pipe from left-hand turbocharger (3).
T09.40-0012-01
2 Unscrew nuts at flange (4) and push transverse exhaust pipe (5) slightly to the side.
The flap connection (6) remains on the transverse exhaust pipe when removing and installing.

3 Detach compressed air line (7) from engine brake cylinder (8).
Only on engines fitted with engine brake flap.

4 Detach oil pressure line (9) .
Installation: Install new seals/gaskets. Before connecting the oil pressure line (9), fill bearing housing with clean engine oil through oil inlet hole. When doing this, turn the rotating parts by hand so that the bearings are provided with a film of oil.

5 Detach oil return flow line (10) .
Installation: Check whether hose strap and connecting hose (11) can be re-used.

6 Unscrew nuts at flange (12) and detach turbocharger (13) from exhaust forked pipe.
Installation: Install new nuts.
7 Install in the reverse order.
