1 Unscrew the bolts (2) fastening the flange (1).
Installing: Replace the flange sealing gasket.
2 Loosen the connection (4) and remove the oil return line (3).
3 Loosen the connection (5) and the hollow bolt (6) and remove the coolant pipe (7).
Installing: Replace the hollow bolt sealing rings.

4 Unscrew the fastening bolts (12) of the oil supply pipe (10) of the turbocharger (13) bearing.
Installing: Replace the sealing gasket.
5 Unscrew the fastening nut (14) of the oil pressure tube (11) fastened to the air compressor flange (15).
6 Remove the bolts (9) from the clamps (8) loosening the oil pipes (10, 11) of the fastening support (17).
7 Remove the bolts (18) and loosen the fastening support (17) from the timing case.
8 Unscrew the hollow bolt (16) fastening the oil pipes (10, 11) to the engine block.
Installing: Replace the sealing rings.
9 Remove the oil pipes (10, 11).
10 Install in reverse order.
When installing the oil pipes (10, 11) together with the fastening support (17), the tensioning of the pipes is to be avoided. To do so, the screws must only be threaded on without the respective tightening torques, only after the complete assembly of the pipes is the final tightening torque to be applied.
