Removing

Remove distributor injection pump install

 Model 210 with engine 602.982

AR07.13-P-8410C

 Model 461 with engine 602.983

Detach tension spring of poly V-belt tensioning device



Lever for pressing spring tensioning lever of poly V-belt tensioning device

Remove vacuum pump, install

AR43.05-P-1320A

Install centering sleeve (022)



Remove chain tensioner

AR05.10-P-7800HA

Unscrew central securing bolt (40/2)

 Left-hand thread, counterhold chain drive at camshaft sprocket

Unscrew bolts of intermediate flange (30/2)

Hold 4-point nuts tight

Pull intermediate flange (13/17) out of engine block



Installing

Install intermediate flange (13/17)



*BA07.02-P-1010-01A

 Replace O-ring (13/19)

Tighten central securing bolt (40/3)



*BA07.02-P-1008-01A

 Replace bolt, left-hand thread

Remove centering sleeve (022)



Install chain tensioner

Install vacuum pump

 Replace gasket
