1 | Remove the head cover | ||
2 | Remove the fuel filter | Loosen the screw plug and move the injection pipe, taking care not to deform it. | |
3 | Remove the injector holder (4) locknut (5) | Use an appropriate long socket. | |
4 | Pull the injector holder (4) | | |

5 | Remove the sealing washer (2) | ||
| Clean | ||
6 | Clean the sealing surfaces in the injector-holder and on the cylinder head protective sleeve | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Install the sealing washer (2) in the protective sleeve | Use new washer observing the original thickness of the removed sealing washer (2), in order to keep the projection of the nozzle within the prescribed values. | |
8 | Install the injector holder (4) | The detent (3) must fit the slot in the cylinder head (1). | |
9 | Install locknut (5) | Use long socket (6). | |

The tightening of the locknut (5) with the mounted injection pipe is made through the socket wrench | |||

10 | Mount the injection pipe | ||
11 | Install the fuel filter | ||
