4	Remove poly-V belt tensioning device with poly-V belt		AR13.25-D-3200US
5	Detach the refrigerant compressor and hang it on the side with the connected refrigerant lines	For code (HH9) Regulated air conditioning, (Tempmatic)	AR83.55-D-5300-04US

11	Remove the cap (9) of the guide pulley (10)

14	Remove front cover at the right cylinder head		AR01.30-D-5700UV
15	Remove power steering pump		AR46.30-D-0500US
16	Remove oil filter housing		AR18.20-D-3471US
17	Remove front cover at left cylinder head		AR01.30-D-5700US
18	Remove the left air shutoff valve		AR14.30-D-7200US
19	Remove bolts (6) and adapter (7)		*BA14.30-N-1003-02A
20	Detach the coolant pump (13) from the timing case cover (1)	 Only when timing case cover (1) is replaced.	AR20.10-D-1271-01US

21	Detach the cap (12) on the timing case cover (1)	 Only when timing case cover (1) is replaced.

22	Pry off the cap (4, 5) on the right and on the left cylinder head with a suitable tool and remove	 Installation: Check caps (4, 5); install new if required.
23	Remove centrifuge		AR01.20-D-2100US
24	Loosen central valves (2)	 Counterhold at the camshaft bolt (8).	AR05.20-D-7201-06US

25	Unscrew central valves (2), remove pulse wheels (3) and screw in the central valves (2) again until they are finger-tight

28	Detach the timing case cover (1) from the cylinder crankcase (16)	 Installation: Pay attention to different lengths of bolts. See 

		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, install new seal rings in the timing case cover (1) and apply sealant to the sealing surface of the timing case cover (1). Observe application of sealant.
