Remove

Drain the coolant.

Remove the parts next to the seals area.

Engine block seals arrangement (arrows).

Turn the engine block seal.

Introduce a screwdriver in the seal until it reaches the seal collar.

Remove the seal from the engine block.

to remove the seal from the housing, use a proper pliers

Install

Clean he seal housing.

The adhesive surfaces must be free from oxidation and free from oil and water.

Seal the contact surfaces.

With slight hits, fit the seal up to the stopper.

Use proper tools.

Assemble the parts next to the seals area.

Refuel the cooling system.

Wait for approximately 45 minutes after assembling the seals, for a good adherence of the chemical lock.

Check the cooling system tightness.
