Danger ! | Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
Danger ! | Risk of injury to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure.Risk of poisoning from swallowing hydraulic fluid. | Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.
Danger ! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Draining | |||
1 | Tilt cab | ||
2 | Drain hydraulic fluid | To do so, detach the leak oil lines (1) from the hydraulic motor (2) and from the hydraulic motor of the additional fan (3), drain the hydraulic fluid and then reattach the leak oil lines (1). Only drain off the hydraulic fluid when the engine is at normal operating temperature.
3 | Remove filter element (4) | To do so, unscrew the cap of the expansion reservoir (5), push the filter element (4) down and unlock it by turning counterclockwise. Lift out the filter element (4).
Filling | |||
4 | Install new filter element (4) in expansion reservoir (5)
5 | Add hydraulic fluid | Pour in the hydraulic fluid up to the "Max" marking of the expansion reservoir (5). Then start the engine and, with the engine running, pour in the hydraulic fluid continuously up to the "Max" marking until the specified filling quantity is reached. Then screw on the cap of the expansion reservoir (5).

| Check | ||
6 | Check leak oil lines (1) for leaktightness | Perform a visual inspection only and then switch off the engine.
7 | Tilt cab back into driving position |
