Auto pilot system (APS) test of electrical system

13.5.98

MODEL 463 up to 30.6.99 with CODE (ET6) Auto pilot system (APS)

To prevent damage to the control modules, couplings must only be disconnected or connected with "terminal 15R: OFF".

When pushing in the radio and navigation operating unit (APS) (A2/29) do not press on the rotary transducers as these may become damaged. Use the frame of the display (left and right) as the pressure point when pushing the unit in.

Remove and reinstall the radio and navigation operating unit APS

The anti-theft code must be entered after the voltage supply to the radio and navigation operating unit (APS) (A2/29) or the APS navigation processor (A2/30) is interrupted.
