The control mechanism drive always runs itself as a command H associated to a hydro-pneumatic auxiliary (HPS) with power assistance by electronic ways.

The power transmission from the gearbox lever does not happen through regular bus, but through hydraulic pipes with a supplying cylinder in the gearbox lever and a slave cylinder. The gear dead coupling is help by pneumatic pressure.

Due to being suppressed, the bond bus between the lever and the gearbox, there is excellent free room for superstructures behind the cabin. The frame impacts and vibrations are not transmitted to the cabin through the gear lever, not even when they are exposed to extreme conditions. The gear leaps due to relative movement between the cabin and the frame do not exist.

Hydro-pneumatic control auxiliary (HPS) running with power assistance supplied electronically:

Through the gearbox lever, an equivalent oil pressure is created by the four cylinders in the hydraulic supplying system in the movement way necessary in the box. For the two shifting cylinders, for the driving shifting cylinder and for the gear shifting cylinder, there is a double effect oil circuit.

The driving shifting cylinder is actuated hydraulically.

The gear shifting cylinder is actuated by hydro-pneumatic action.

When the gearbox lever is actuated, the supplying device (2) creates a hydraulic pressure that is transmitted to the shifting cylinder (5) by pressure sensors in the supplying device and the hydraulic pipes (3). The pressure sensors inform the control unit the existence of power to the gearbox. The gear solenoid valve (6) is connected by the control unit, releases the pneumatic pressure to the gear shifting cylinder and the shift requested is engaged with pneumatic assistance.

Hydraulic control mechanism drive advantages:

Assembly unit unified system for vehicles with steering to the right and for vehicles with direction to the left.

Small quantity of variants in the control mechanism drive.

Free room under the cabin due to the absence of rods and control mechanism drive bus.

Works of adjustment or settings are not necessary.

Shift change operations performed by the system which do not damage the gearbox.

Shift selection and control movements are very short in the gearbox lever.

Perfect coordination in the shift change and selection.

Relative movements absolute absence between the gearbox lever and the cabin.

Noises are not transmitted by the engine and gearbox set.

Harmonic passing in the gearbox operation and very comfortable usage due to working with very low necessary power.
