1 | Disassemble the gearbox | ||
2 | Unscrew the external bearing cap (7) and the internal bearing cap (16) from the transverse shifting tube (4) | Assemble: Smear the separation surface with a waterproofing product. | |

3 | Remove the snap ring (1) from the drive shaft (17) | ||
4 | Detach the drive shaft (17) from the transverse shifting control (4) | Assemble: With the help of an appropriate mandrel, align the washers (2) and the spring (3) with the transverse shifting tube (4). Align the drive shaft threaded tip mark (17) with regard to the inner bearing cap cast salience (16). | |
5 | Disassemble the transverse shifting tube (4) | ||
6 | Remove the external bearing cap (7) with the drive shaft (17) inner bearing cap (16) | ||
7 | Remove, applying soft blows the fastening pin (19) from the shifting lever (18) | Assemble: Renew the fastening pin (19). | |
8 | Remove the shifting lever (18) and the blocking step (20) from the drive shaft (17) | Assemble: Put the blocking step (20) in such a way that the groove faces the gearbox guide pivot . The shifting lever (18) must be positioned exactly in front of the mark, at the threaded tip of the drive shaft (17). | |
9 | Remove the fastening pin (21) from the gears indicating ring (22) and disassemble it | Assemble: Assemble the gears indicating ring (22) with the wide chamfered part facing the shifting lever (18). | |
Use a new fastening pin (21). | |||
10 | Disassemble the inner bearing cap (16) | ||
11 | The assembly is carried out in the reverse order | ||

12 | Check the center position of the shifting lever (18) and adjust it, if necessary | ||
| Shell for the centralization of the drive shaft on the gauge | ||
