2 | Heat and remove threaded pins (4) from shift lever (6) | Assembly: Replace threaded pins (4). Final tightening of threaded pins (4) only after adjustment of shifting and control finger (central position). | |
3 | Remove screw from shifting segment (2) | Assembly: Replace micro-encapsulated screw. | |

4 | Extract shift lever (6) from its position on shifting segment (2) and disassemble it | Assembly: Position shift lever (6) in a way that the holes for threaded pins (4) align exactly with the blind holes of control tube (7). | |
5 | Extract locking pin (3) and pressure spring from shift lever (6) | Assembly: Apply a small quantity of grease to shift lever (6) pressure spring. | |
6 | Remove outer bearing cover (1) from control tube (7) | Assembly: Before introducing control tube (7) into outer bearing cover (1), insert upper left collar screw in corresponding hole, then fasten outer bearing cover (1). | |
7 | Extract shifting segment (2) from outer bearing cover (1) | Assembly: Shifting segment notch (2) must point to the drive side. | |
Apply a small quantity of grease to locking pin (3). | |||
8 | Remove outer bearing cover radial seal ring (1) with a suitable drift pin | Assembly: Replace radial seal ring. | |
9 | Remove needle roller bearing (5) from outer bearing cover (1) | Use an appropriate drift pin. | |
10 | Remove locking ring from control tube (7) | ||
11 | Remove washer, spring, and second washer one after another | ||
12 | Clean all components, check for wear and replace as necessary | ||
13 | Install in reverse order |
