De-pressurize the compressed air 4 installation circuit

4.1

Remove the transmission shaft from the power take-off NA 123 (1) or NA 124 (2)

Power take-off without hydraulic pump.

Remove the hydraulic pump

Power take-off with hydraulic pump.

Only remove the hydraulic piping when necessary.

Remove the compressed air piping (7) from the solenoid valve

With compressed air connector "VOSS 230"

With compressed air connector "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) OR "SCHAFER SDF" (NG 6)

Remove the solenoid valves (9) and control switch (8) connectors

Remove the power take-off NA 123 (1) or NA 124 (2)

Install: replace the seal gasket (3) and apply sealing product to screws and to the sealing surfaces

Remove the primary shaft (4)

Check primary shaft (4) for wear, replace as necessary.

Remove the oil pump cover (6)

Only when replacing the gearbox or subsequent installation of a new power take-off.

Liftgate changed

Gearbox 715.5 from the gearbox final number 0224564.

Install in reverse order

Supply with the gearbox oil and correct the level
