6 Screw

7 Bracket

8 Turbocharger

	Remove and install
1	Disconnect the negative cable from battery or shut down master switch.
Danger!	Risk of personal and material injuries by tilting and returning the vehicle cab	Make sure that cab tilting and return area is free from objects and people.Tilt cab until the final position.Return the cab until correct locking at the working position.	AS60.80-B-0001-01A
2	Tilt the cab.		AR60.80-B-0010C
3	Remove the hose (4)	Install: Do not invert the hoses.At the connection between turbocharger and after cooling (radiator air/air) the red hose must be assembled.

4	Remove the nut (4) and clamping bolt (5), from air pipe (3) to support (7)		*BA09.41-B-1007-01B
5	Release the clamp (1) and disconnect and remove air pipe (3) from turbocharger (8)	To avoid dirtiness, protect the turbocharger nozzle (8). Install: Replace the O-ring (2).
6	Install in reverse order
