Remove the injection piping (1)

The injection piping (1) must not be twisted, because the internal lining of the injection piping (1) becomes loose and may cause engine damage.

Do not slacken the injection piping (1) to bleed the injection system. Do not fold the injection pipes.

Plug the openings on the pressure tubes and on the pressure pump.

Tighten the pressure bolts (2) of the injection piping mouth (1)

Install new injection piping (1)

Whenever the injection piping (1) is removed it has to be obligatorily replaced.

The re-tightening of the injection pipe nuts is not permissible nor the reutilization of the same under any hypothesis.

In case of fuel leak at the connections of the injection(1) pipe(s) on the injection unit(s) or connection pipe(s), the respective pipe(s) is(are) to be replaced.

Do not fold the injection piping (1). Observe the correct assembly position.

Make sure the gearbox is in neutral.

Wear suitable clothing and pay attention to hot and moving engine parts.

Starting the engine

Do not run the starter continuously for more than 30 seconds. Should the engine not start within this interval, wait for approximately 1 minute to crank it again.

Check the new injection piping (1) for tightness

In case of leak, replace the damaged new injection piping (1).

Stop the engine
