Remove cylinder head.

Remove the injection pipe (11).

Remove the pressure bolt (10) and the internal pressure tubes (9)

Remove the fastening rack (5)

Remove the injector holder (1) with the impact puller (3)

 Use the threaded adapter (2) in the injector holder for the installation of the impact puller.



Remove the adapter (2) and the impact puller (3) from the injector-holder (1)

Detach the sealing sleeve (7) from the injector holder (1)

 If the sealing sleeve (7) is stuck to the head, pull it out.



Installing

Replace the O-ring (6) of the nozzle holder (1)

 Lubricate the O-ring (6) with engine oil.

Press the new sealing sleeve (7) onto the nozzle holder (1)



Before pressing the new sealing sleeve (7), clean all the combustion residues from the sealing sleeve's surface (7) (with a brass wire brush or with ultrasonic equipment).



Clean the nozzle holder

Install the injector-holder (1), the fastening rack (5) and the bolt with round collar (4)

 Pay attention to the installation position of the nozzle holder (1) with regard to the internal pressure tubes connection (9).

 Turn the nozzle holder (1) with the fastening rack (5) in the head up to the pressed sphere (arrow) in the fastening rack (5) is aligned with the location element of the constant throttle end cover (12).

Tighten the round collar bolt (4) up to the prescribed torque



Replace the O-ring (8) of the pressure tubes (9)

 Lubricate the O-ring (8) with engine oil.

Install the internal pressure tubes (9)

 The pressed sphere (arrow) of the internal pressure tubes (9) must be inserted in the round orifice (arrow) of the head.

Tighten the pressure bolt (10)


