1 | Loosen the injection pipes (1) | There is no need to remove the pipes, just to move them away to the right or left. | |
2 | Remove the flexible tubes (2) | The flexible return tubes (2) must not be forced to be removed from the injection nozzle carries. This procedure may cause the detachment of the connector tubes of the injection nozzle carriers (4) causing leakage and air inlet in the fuel system. If removal resistance is noticed, cut the pipes flush with the connectors. | |
3 | Remove the rubber plug (7) from the injection nozzle's guide slot | ||
4 | Remove the nut (3) fastening the injection nozzle carrier (4) | If the nut resists slackening, utilize the special fitting wrench. | |

5 | Remove the injection nozzle carrier (4) and the housing washer (5) | | |

6 | Measure the thickness of the housing washer (5) | ||
| Installing | ||
7 | Install the injection nozzle carrier (4) together with the washer (5) | Protect beforehand, the following points: | |
Injection nozzle carrier's walls, including the thread. Injection nozzle carrier part fitting in the cylinder head. Injection nozzle carrier fastening nut, on the thread and in internal part. | |||
Carefully install the injection nozzle carrier (4) so that its cam fits in the cylinder head slot. | |||
8 | Install the fastening nut (3) | | |

9 | Install the rubber plug (7) in the slot of the injection nozzle carrier (4) in the cylinder head (8) | ||
10 | Install new flexible tubes (2) in the injection nozzle carriers (4) | Cover the first flexible return tube (2) of the first injection nozzle carrier (4) with the appropriate protection cap (6). | |
11 | Install the injection pipes (1) |
