1	Remove the engine flywheel.		AR03.30-B-8002DD
2	Quickly heat ring gear (1) and remove it under pressure.	 During the heating with blow torch, avoid keeping the flame over the ring gear for long time.
3	Measure diameter (B) of ring gear seat (1) on flywheel (2).		*BE03.30-B-1002-03E
4	Measure internal ring gear diameter (1).		*BE03.30-B-1012-03E

5	Heat new ring gear (1).	 Heat the new ring gear (1) until it reaches the temperature recommended for installation.  Do not use blow torch for heating.	*BE03.30-B-1017-03E
6	Install the new ring gear (1) on flywheel (2).	 For the perfect seating of the ring gear, user a copper dowel or a press with the appropriate base.

7	Proceed with the ring gear drilling and cut thread (M10 x 1.5), to fasten the clutch pressure plate (following version 2.3)	 Flywheel Ø 443 with Ø 395 clutch and flywheel Ø 487 with Ø 430 clutch.
