1 Unscrew the handle of the manual pump (2) and operate it until slight resistance is noticed when pumping and a characteristic noise is heard, indicating relief valve opening. Loosen the bleeder screw (1) about one half of a turn on the double fuel filter head and operate again the handle (2) of the manual pump until fuel without air bubbles comes out the bleeder screw (1).
2 Firmly tighten the bleeder screw (1) and fasten the manual pump's handle.
3 Run the engine and check for fuel system tightness.
The same procedure is to be carried out on fuel filter with water separator.
