Since the market launch of the G-Class, all of the above-mentioned models have been documented in ASRA family 00.03. This has resulted in the incorporation of new models and model codes in ASRA family 00.03 no longer being possible owing to the large number of variants. This has made division into a second ASRA family necessary.
Division framework:
ASRA family 00.03 is valid for model 460, 461 without OM642 and 463 up to modification year 2011 (code XZ1).
ASRA family 00.76 is valid for model 461 with OM642 and model 463 as of modification year 2012 (code XZ2).
Division requires the currently existing model codes from ASRA family 00.03 to migrate to ASRA family 00.76. Migration will start with WIS/ASRA release 09/2015 and will be completed with release 11/2015.
During the division phase of the ASRA families, process-related data duplication may occur in these families up to release 11/2015. We ask you to take this into consideration accordingly.
Key points for vehicle determination:
Model 460 remains unchanged in ASRA family 00.03.
Model 461 without OM642 remains unchanged in ASRA family 00.03.
Model 461 with engine OM642 will in future be documented in ASRA family 00.76.
Model 463 up to model refinement code XZ1 (Modification year 2011) remains unchanged in ASRA family 00.03.
Model 463 as of model refinement code XZ2 (Modification year 2012) and all following model years are documented in ASRA family 00.76.
With model 463.202/232/236/346, the family must be selected manually using the respective modification year code (see vehicle data card) when accessing ASRA.
