1 | Remove paneling from center section in front of windshield | ||
2 | Remove engine hood lock top section (2) | ||
Adjustment in transverse direction | |||
3 | Loosen bolts (3) on both engine hood hinges (4) and close engine hood (1) | ||
4 | Center gaps of engine hood (1), if necessary align engine hood (1) | ||
5 | Open engine hood (1) and tighten bolts (3) | ||
Adjust height | |||
6 | Close engine hood (1) and lay down on stop buffers (6) | ||
7 | Check transition from engine hood (1) to CBS front, if necessary loosen nuts (arrows) and adjust height of stop buffers (6) | ||
8 | Open engine hood (1) | ||
9 | Loosen bolts (5) on both engine hood hinges (4) | ||
10 | Close engine hood (1) and align height of engine hood (1) in relation to fender | ||
11 | Open engine hood (1) and tighten bolts (5) | ||
12 | Install engine hood lock upper section (2) | ||
13 | Install paneling on center section in front of windshield |
