	Remove
1	Remove bumper center section		AR88.20-W-2003A
2	Remove cover (1) from spray nozzle (6)	Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system).
3	Unscrew bolt (8) ad fold open headlamp trim (9)
4	Tilt driver's cab forward
5	Unscrew bolts (3) and remove cover (4)
6	Unscrew bolts (5) and remove spray nozzle (6)	Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system).
7	Remove bolts (7)
8	Expose electrical lines and remove bumper side section (2)
	Install
9	Install bumper side section (2) and fix in place with bolts (7)
10	Fasten electrical lines and tighten bolts (7)
11	Install spray nozzle (6) and tighten bolts (5)	Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system).
12	Install cover (4) and tighten with bolts (3)
13	Lower cab
14	Fold down headlamp trim (9) and tighten bolt (8)
15	Install cover (1) on spray nozzle (6)	Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system).
16	Install bumper center section		AR88.20-W-2003A
