1 | Remove bumper center section | ||
2 | Remove cover (1) from spray nozzle (6) | Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system). | |
3 | Unscrew bolt (8) ad fold open headlamp trim (9) | ||
4 | Tilt driver's cab forward | ||
5 | Unscrew bolts (3) and remove cover (4) | ||
6 | Unscrew bolts (5) and remove spray nozzle (6) | Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system). | |
7 | Remove bolts (7) | ||
8 | Expose electrical lines and remove bumper side section (2) | ||
| Install | ||
9 | Install bumper side section (2) and fix in place with bolts (7) | ||
10 | Fasten electrical lines and tighten bolts (7) | ||
11 | Install spray nozzle (6) and tighten bolts (5) | Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system). | |
12 | Install cover (4) and tighten with bolts (3) | ||
13 | Lower cab | ||
14 | Fold down headlamp trim (9) and tighten bolt (8) | ||
15 | Install cover (1) on spray nozzle (6) | Only on vehicles with code L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system). | |
16 | Install bumper center section |
