1 | Remove door trim on front door. |

Passenger side | |||
2 | Support front door with multifunctional lifting/holding device. | ||
3 | Remove screw (3) from door holder (2) and remove door holder (2). | ||
4 | Unscrew center screw (1) from both hinges and screw one M10 screw each into the spacer plates in the door frame. | This prevents the spacer plates from slipping in the door frame after removing the remaining bolts (1). | |
5 | Unscrew screws (1) from both hinges and remove front door. | ||
| Install | ||
6 | Install front door and screw the lower and upper screws (1) into both hinges. | Bolt, hinge to front door | |
7 | Unscrew M10 screw from both spacer plates and screw center screw (1) into both hinges. | Bolt, hinge to front door | |
8 | Install door holder (2) and tighten screw (3). | Screw/bolt, door holder to bracket | |
9 | Remove multifunctional lifting/holding device. | ||
10 | Check gap dimensions and installation depth of front door. | ||
11 | Install door trim on front door. |
