1 | Park the vehicle in a straight forward position on a ditch | ||
2 | Remove the protective cover on the closing belt (5) | ||
3 | Remove the closing belt (5) | ||
4 | Remove the screws (3). | ||
5 | Remove the collecting bars (4) | ||
6 | Remove carefully the bellow collars (8) from the vehicle floor | The bellows collar (8) are glued to the vehicle floor with strips that stick by both sides. | |
7 | Open the cable joint jaw | ||
8 | Remove the guide bars (2) | The guide bars (2) are located between the spinning base and the bellows (8). | |
9 | Disengage the bellows (8) from the front and rear unit guides, and central support (1) | Tie the bellows (8). | |
10 | Remove the bellows(8) | ||
| Installing | ||
11 | Place the bellows (8) on the front, rear units and central support (1) | Align the bellows (8). | |
12 | Close the cable joint jaw | ||
13 | Glue to bellows collar (8) to the vehicle' s floor | If necessary, replace the sticking tapes by both sides. | |
14 | Install the collector bar (4) | ||
15 | Install the closing belt (5) | ||
16 | Install the protective cover on the closing belt (5) | ||
17 | Install the guide stems (2) | Put the bellows rings (8) on the guide bars (2). |
