Close the cable union claw in the front and rear units (work steps 1 to 15).
1 Unscrew the bolts (2) from the cable union jaw in the front and rear units (1).
2 Tighten the bolts (2) at least two turns and the cable union jaw in the front and rear units (1).
3 With the cable ends, make rings and fasten them with the cables fastening clip (9).
Put at least two cable fasteners (9) in each ring.
4 Couple the two rings in the cable union jaw hooks in the front and rear units (1).
5 Tighten the cable fasteners nuts (9) at the left side.
6 Insert the salient end in the bellows cable slot.
7 Align the bellow with the front and rear unit guide.
8 Fasten the cable of the left side with pressure pliers (8), or a similar tool, in the guide to the bellows.
9 Pull by the cable end at the right side with a second tool, pressure pliers (8) until the cable is stretched.
10 Tighten the cable fastening nuts (9) at the right side.
11 Insert the salient end in the bellows cable slot.
12 Tighten the bolts (2) uniformly until the cable union jaw is stretched in the front and rear units (1).
Eventually, secure the hooks while screwing the bolts (2).
13 Close the cable union jaw in the front and rear units (1) turning the salience.
14 Align the cable union jaw hooks of the front and rear units (1) parallel to the body.
15 Fasten with counter nuts (3).
Close the cable union claw at the rotating articulation (work steps 16 to
16 Unscrew the clip (5) of the tensioning piece (6).
17 Screw the clip (5) at least two turns in the tensioning piece (6).
18 With the cable ends, make rings and fasten them with the cables fastening clip (9).
Put at least two cable fasteners (9) in each ring.
19 Attach the clip (5) to the rings.
20 Tighten the cable fasteners nuts (9) at the left side.
21 Insert the salient end in the bellows cable slot.
22 Align the bellows to the central support guide.
23 Fasten the cable at the left side with pressure pliers (8), or a similar tools, to the guide to the bellows.
24 Pull by the cable end at the right side with a second tool, pressure pliers (8) until the cable is stretched.
25 Tighten the cable fastening nuts (9) at the right side.
26 Insert the salient end in the bellows cable slot.
27 Turn the tensioning piece (6) until the cable is stretched
Eventually, hold the clips (5) while turning the tensioning pieces (6).
28 Align the clips (5) parallel to the body.
29 Fasten the counter nuts (7).
