Remove/install

Remove upper engine cover.

 Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.

Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter.

Remove noise insulation(6.1).

Release and disconnect connector coupling(13).

Remove impact plate(6).

Release and disconnect electrical connector at electrical connection(4).

Release and disconnect electrical connectors (2).

Expose electric lines(3).

Expose electric line(8).

Remove differential pressure sensor and place to one side with lines connected.

Remove heat shield of the differential pressure sensor.

Remove AdBlue® metering valve from catalytic converter (1) and place to one side with connected lines.

Open clamp (11).

 Installation: Replace clamp (11).
Replace seal.

 Installation: Install new clamp (12).
Replace seal.

Remove screws (10).
