Remove fan shroud

Loosen belt pulley bolts (41a)

 Bolt, belt pulley

Remove poly-V belt for supercharger

Remove poly-V belt

Remove belt pulley bolts (41a) and remove belt pulley (41)

Unscrew tensioner roller of poly V-belt tensioning device

Unplug connector from ABC suction restrictor valve (Y86/1)

Use clamp (08) to pinch off feed line (58) of ABC reservoir and detach

 Clamping device

Use clamp (08) to pinch off power steering pump reservoir feed line (30f) and detach from power steering pump (30)

 Clamping device

Detach reservoir for power steering pump (30) and place to one side

Unscrew bracket for high pressure expansion hose (30i) from power steering pump (30)

Unscrew the high pressure expansion hose (30i) from the power steering pump (30).

 Seal off line connection with blind plug.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

Detach ground cable (30s) at rear from power steering pump bracket (30t).

Unscrew bracket for ABC high pressure hose (59) from oil pan

Unscrew ABC high pressure hose bracket (59b) from refrigerant compressor

Unscrew ABC high-pressure hose (59)

 Installation: Replace O-rings of ABC [Active Body Control] high pressure hose (59)

 Banjo bolt

Unbolt power steering pump bracket (30t) from power steering pump (30)

 Two bolts.

Unbolt bracket of power steering pump (30t) at engine block.

Detach and remove power steering pump (30)

 One nut at the rear, two bolts at the front.

 Replace self-tapping screws if necessary, observing the following:

 Never retap the thread.

 Use original bolts only.

 Do not hold bolts at an angle when screwing in.

 Do not use an impact wrench.

 Self-tapping bolt
