Remove poly-V-belt for supercharger

Loosen poly-V-belt (1) and remove

Model 230.467/475:

To do this swivel tensioning pulley (3) at stud bolt (2) in an anti-clockwise direction.

Model 230.472 /474, 215, 220:

To do this, swivel tensioning pulley (3) in anti-clockwise direction at hexagon (4).

Checking

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt

Check poly-V-belt (1)

Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear

Install

Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension

Do not use any belt wax or similar products, as this decreases the mileage of the poly-V-belt.

Begin in numerical order of the relevant running diagram with the tensioning pulley:
