Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Secure vehicle against rolling

Connect test kit

 Required connections:

 Test connection for rear axle brake circuit supply (1)

 Test connection for front axle brake circuit supply (2)

 Test connection for trailer control (3)



Start engine and completely inflate air brake system with idle speed

Turn off engine

Switch on ignition

Release parking brake

Check pressure lock for rear axle and front axle brake circuit supply

Replace the Electronic Air-Processing Unit (EAPU) (6.17).

Start engine and completely inflate air brake system with idle speed

Turn off engine

Check ECE function and pressure lock for parking brake and trailer control

Check compressed-air supply in circuit 4

 For example, by raising the driver seat using the controls.

Check pressure circuit inflating sequence
