Switch off ignition

Discharge compressed-air system

Open front flap

Label brake value sensor electrical connector (19) and compressed air line (2, 5, 8, 11, 14) according to labeling on brake value sensor (1)

 Installation: Note markings.

Disconnect brake value sensor electrical connector (19)

 Only with code (BB8) Brake system (BS) with ASR.

Detach compressed air lines (2, 5, 8, 11, 14)

With compressed air connection system "VOSS 230".

With compressed air connection system "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6).

 Installation: Replace O-rings.



Remove inner paneling above pedal unit

Remove brake value sensor (1) and take out toward front

 Installation: Install new nuts. (18)



Install in the reverse order

Fill compressed-air system

 Run the engine until the service pressure is reached.
