Measure axial run-out of brake discs

 Outside and inside. If the wear limit is reached, taking into account the axial runout of the brake disk:

Remove brake disk

When connected tie up brake caliper with S hook.

Attach assembly plate (4) to axle flange

Observe manufacturer's operating instructions.

Attach lathe (3) with spacer bushings (20 mm) and damping rubber ring to the assembly plate (4) installed

 Front axle

Fasten turning device (3) to the red built-on assembly plate (4)

 Driven front axle

Attach lathe (3) with shims (5 mm) without damping rubber ring to the assembly plate (4) installed

 Rear axle

Install driver bracket (2) to wheel rim

Connect drive unit (1) to driver bracket (2) and align

Parking brake, lockout must be released and no gear must be engaged.

Risk of death caused by being drawn into rotating vehicle parts

Do not insert your hand into rotating parts.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Secure area of rotating vehicle components against unauthorized access.

Skimming brake disk

 Turn brake disk using manual feed function. Adjustment dimension: 1/10 to 3/10 mm. Pay attention to continuous load withdrawal.

Detach drive unit (1) and driver bracket (2)

 On the front axle, detach damping rubber ring at the same time.

Detach turning device (3) and assembly plate (4)


