Do not swallow or come into contact with the TIREFIT tire sealant, which is an emulsion of rubber and terpene phenolic resin. No open fire or open light sources.

Remove wheel

Position wheel upright

Position the wheel upright with the valve at the bottom for 10 minutes. In order to enable the TIREFIT tire sealant (3) to drain, the wheel should be positioned at a height of 200 mm (H).

Allow the pressure to escape from the tire

To do so, unscrew valve element from valve.

Remove valve

To do so, pull valve out of disk wheel. Push the valve debris remaining in the valve bore of the disk wheel into the inside of the wheel.

Attach hose (2) to tire sealant container (1)

Replace the original hose of the tire sealant container (1) with a hose (2) 400 mm long.

Immerse hose (2) into the tire repair kit TIREFIT (3)

Press the tire sealant container (1) together and immerse hose (2) through the valve bore in the disc wheel as low as possible in the tire repair kit TIREFIT (3).

Suction off tire repair kit TIREFIT (3)

Reduce pressure in the tire sealant container (1), the tire repair kit TIREFIT (3) is suctioned off. 90 % of the TIREFIT tire sealant (3) can be removed using this method.

If the tire sealant container (1) is not available:

Bore the tire tread with a twist drill bit (Ø 10 mm) and allow TIREFIT tire sealant (3) to flow into a suitable container

Replace tires

Remove remaining TIREFIT tire repair kit (3) from disk wheel using a damp cloth.

Place new tire repair kit TIREFIT (3) in the vehicle
