Detach

Unscrew valve element from valve (1) and remove balance weight (2)

Drain tire sealant from tire

Only tire filled with TIREFIT tire sealant.

Position blade of tire mounting device on tire bead

Do not position on the tire sidewall, but on the tire bead only.
The carcass will otherwise be damaged.

Press inside and outside of tire from safety bead seat of disk wheel

Clamp disc wheel on the tire mounting device

Align assembly head at a small distance (X, Y) to the disk wheel

Position disk wheel so that valve (1) is approx. 10 cm in front of mounting head looking in the direction of rotation

Lever tire bead over mounting head using an assembly lever and pull off tire

Check condition of disk wheel

If damaged, replace disk wheel.

Check condition of valve (1)

If damaged, replace the valve (1).

Attach

Coat rim flanges and tire beads with mounting paste

Only use mounting paste when fitting tires.

Align assembly head at a small distance (X, Y) to the disk wheel

Put the tire on the disk wheel at an angle and pull on over the rim flange

Observe the running direction on tires with specified running direction. Put as little stress as possible on bead area.

Align the match points of tire and disk wheel relative to one another

Remove disk wheel with tire from tire mounting device

Pump up tire without valve element to a maximum of 3 bar

The tire must slide evenly over the safety bead seat of the disk wheel, otherwise coat the tire bead with mounting paste again.

Screw valve element into valve (1)

Correct tire inflation pressure to the specified value
